Anton Boswel founded Anton Boswel & Associates with the aim to maximise employee and client satisfaction via the optimisation of labour and Human Resources of organisations. She has a passion for the successful, continuous and professional support and guidance for all the clients.
Integrity, expertise and sound moral values are of the utmost importance to her.
Chrisna has more than 20 years’ managerial experience. She obtained a BA degree ( Maths III, Psych III ) and a higher Education Diploma (with distinction) from The University of Pretoria.

Jacoline has served as office manager at Anton Boswel & Associates since 2005. Her experience in managing the administrative aspects of the practice makes her a key asset in ensuring smooth operation of the business.
She directs office activities and functions to maintain efficiency and compliance with company policies, manages clerical and supports duties, particularly when more advanced, skilled, or sensitive work is required. She ensures agendas, travel arrangements, and meetings are on schedule and oversees all correspondence services. She maintains records, documentation, and files, particularly more complex or sensitive files.

Adv. Paul Mavanyisi

Paul Mavanyisi
LLB
Paul Mavanyisi is an LLB Graduate, He has been admitted as an Advocate of the High Court of South Africa.
He is a specialist in Labour and Industrial Relations. Throughout his career, he has successfully led masses of disciplinary hearings, drafted documents, consulted with employees, successfully negotiated collective agreements, concluded grievance hearings, and developed training programs for management and supervisors.
Further, he is experienced in managing and resolving employees relations issues, he has a deep understanding of both union and non-union environments, he has successfully navigated through difficult negotiations and disputes.
Paul is passionate about helping employees and employers find solutions that are fair and equitable for all involved, he is committed in building positive relationships with employers and employees, and he firmly believes communication is the key to successful Labour Relations.
Furthermore, he utilizes his knowledge and talent in Labour Relations to contribute towards success of businesses, and he always prioritizes clients' needs.
Paul has expertise in Payroll Management, throughout his career he has managed payroll of 600 plus employees on a weekly, fortnightly, and monthly basis.

Brandon Roode was admitted as an Advocate of the High Court in 2000. His areas of expertise involves High Court, Labour Court and CCMA litigation. He specialises in Alternative Dispute Resolution in both Employment and Commercial Law disputes.
His area of expertise focusses on Employment and Labour Law having been reported in a number of Labour Court, CCMA and Bargaining Council decisions in more than 20 years of practice.
Brandon has consulted extensively in the Private Sector and Public Sector spheres where he has been involved in high level wage negotiations, business restructuring and business re-alignment projects.
Brandon is a member of the Gauteng Society of Advocates (GSA) where he also holds the position of training coordinator for the labour law module of the GSA’s accredited pupillage program. He is a member of the Association of Arbitrators of Southern Africa, and an accredited Court-Annexed Mediator.
